STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Vinny Guadagnino of “Jersey Shore” fame is heading back to the East Coast. The former Eltingville resident, who had recently been living in Los Angeles, shelled out $3.43 million for a sprawling two-bedroom, three-bathroom Manhattan apartment, the New York Post has reported.
Located in Soho, the posh unit boasts sprawling iconic city views from its floor-to-ceiling windows, plus 10-foot ceilings, an open chef’s kitchen and ensuite marble bathrooms. According to records obtained by the Post, the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” star closed on the home on May 13.
The purchase comes one year after the 34-year-old Guadagnino sold his West Hollywood manse for $3.85 million, $355,000 more than he paid for it just nine months prior.
Guadagnino, who first rose to reality fame in 2009 as an inaugural member of the popular MTV series, has appeared in all six seasons of the show and has continued to capitalize on his “Jersey Shore” fame for years.
In 2018, he reunited with most of his original Jersey Shore cast mates for a reboot of the series, titled “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.” In April 2019, he starred alongside fellow Jersey Shore cast mate Pauly “D” DelVecchio in a “Double Shot at Love,” also on MTV. He performed as a guest host for Chippendales at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and in 2021 he competed on “The Masked Dancer,” a spinoff of the Fox series “The Masked Singer.”
In his new apartment, the self-described “keto Guido” will be able to take advantage of the building’s vast amenities — which include a private lounge with a game room and a fitness center/yoga studio. Quaint cobblestone streets and a variety of boutiques, art galleries and nightlife hotspots surround the complex, according to the real estate listing.
