Tiffany Franco from 90 Day Fiancé announced her comeback via 90 Day: The Single Life by showing her weight loss transformation in a BTS video of her stylish photo shoot. 31-year-old Tiffany became a known face in the franchise when she first featured in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1. Tiffany and her South African man Ronald Smith got married on the spin-off despite his shady past. Tiffany continued her long-distance relationship with Ronald while they waited for his visa approval during which they had several breakups and even welcome a baby daughter. Since then, Ronald has claimed he’s divorcing Tiffany, while she’s lost 80 pounds after weight loss surgery.
Fans have been a part of Tiffany’s weight loss journey from the time she got a gastric sleeve procedure in June 2021. The Maryland resident is now a size medium. Tiffany used to be a size XXL when she was at her heaviest. The surgery was successful for Tiffany who’s now very close to reaching her goal weight of 180 pounds. 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany shares her fitness progress on Instagram, and fans suspect it could be why Ronald has come back into her life. Ronald, who had a new girlfriend by late 2021, is back together with Tiffany, as per their newer Instagram updates.
But at the same time, Tiffany has also been announced as a cast member of The Single Life season 3. Soon after TLC dropped the trailer for the new spin-off, Tiffany used her Instagram page to share the news with her fans. “Get ready for a WILD ride.” Tiffany wrote in her caption. In the accompanying video, Tiffany is wearing a dark pink wrap-around dress and can be seen posing for the camera. Mother of two Tiffany is glowing as she beams with confidence in her new slim figure. Yet, Tiffany claims that even though her photo session went well, TLC used “literally the worst picture out of all” the beautiful photos they took of her for their official cast announcement.
Various 90 Day Fiancé cast members Tiffany rushed to her post to compliment her for her weight loss. Kim Mendes shared many red hearts, Julia Trubkina called her a “baby” and Kara Bass claimed that “They always choose the worst ones.” Meanwhile, Tiffany’s Single Life companion Veronica Rodriguez agreed with her and added, “Girl same! I’m like that was the best one really?!” before calling Tiffany “gorgeous.” In the middle of all the praises for the new Single Life star, some fans seemed confused about her casting in the spin-off. They called Tiffany out for keeping it a “huge secret” from them. Others wanted to know how Tiffany’s husband Ronald fits in the picture if she’s supposedly single.
But it seems like in the case of Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods on The Single Life season 2, Tiffany will end up with Ronald at the end of season 3 in a plot twist. On the show, Tiffany 2.0’s confidence is at an all-time high as she searches for a man who would love both her and her kids. But having spent six years with Ronald, Tiffany is also having a hard time moving on. Looking for a new partner on the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off will surely be difficult for Tiffany, but in 2022, she’s been blessed with a healthy body and a relationship that’s hopefully healthy too, with Ronald.
