Hazard: The product presents a high risk of strangulation as the length of the hanging toys from wooden ring and beads is 240mm which is greater than the maximum permitted of 220mm. The hanging toy can be tangled and form loops as the combination length of hanging cord is 420mm, which can cause a strangulation hazard to young infants.
Corrective action: Recall of the product from end users. The product has been delisted from the online marketplace (Etsy).
