With a new region to explore, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will introduce a set of Gym Leaders to challenge across Paldea.

The Gym Leader challenge is a staple of Pokemon games and here’s a look at all of the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Gym Leaders you’ll come across in the Paldea region.

For years players have embarked on Pokemon journeys that consist of proving their dominance in battles and aiming for the title of Champion. Before a player can be crowned Champion, they must earn the right to challenge the Elite Four by taking on a series of battles across the region.
The journey traditionally involves defeating Gym Leaders and collecting badges along the way. While Pokemon Scarlet & Violet will innovate the franchise’s storytelling by offering three separate journeys to complete, one of them will be the familiar Gym Leader challenge.
In order to gather intel on your opponents across the Paldea region, here’s a list of all the Gym Leaders in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet will offer players a ton of content to enjoy including Gym Leader battles. These are known to be some of the most difficult battles you’ll encounter throughout the game.
You can expect there to be the classic number of eight gyms to conquer. Usually, gyms will deliver a few warmup battles that you’ll have to win before you can challenge the Gym Leader.
Here’s a breakdown of every Gym Leader in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet so far, along with their Pokemon type specialization.
Grusha was the first Scarlet & Violet Gym Leader revealed by The Pokemon Company. We know that Grusha is the Leader of the Glaseado Gym and that he’s an Ice-type specialist.
Grusha utilizes the Paldea region’s Cetitan as his main Pokemon companion. Cetitan is an Ice-type Pokemon that can access the fantastic Thick Fat or Slush Rush abilities. Don’t be surprised to see most Gym Leaders utilize Pokemon from the Paldea region as their ace Pokemon.
Grusha used to be a professional snowboarder and you can tell from the image above that his Gym setting is winterized with a ton of snow and ice.
For starters, the formula of defeating eight Gym Leaders, collecting eight badges, challenging the Elite Four, and becoming Champion will persist in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
However, one major change that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will deliver is the ability to challenge the Gym Leaders in any order. Previously Pokemon games would set players on a linear path that presented one Gym Leader after another, with a notable increase in difficulty along the way.
In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet you’ll have the freedom to explore cities and challenge Gym Leaders at your own pace. It remains to be seen if and how the game will factor in a gradual escalation in difficulty, but perhaps Gym Leaders’ Pokemon party and levels will alter depending on the number of badges you possess.

Players are having trouble with Wattson’s fences yet again in Apex Legends, despite the Legend receiving fixes in Season 14 update.

Apex Legends players are frustrated with Wattson’s fences as they claim the ability is unusable in Season 14.

Apex Legends players are finally able to enjoy the brand new Season 14 update, as the season dropped on August 9. Players have been getting to grips with Vantage, the overhauled Kings Canyon map, and various buffs and nerfs in the patch notes.
While some in the community have been focused on the Valkyrie nerfs and Mad Maggie buffs, which could potentially see her rise in popularity, others are disappointed with Wattson.
The new update supposedly brought improvements to Wattson’s fence placement, but the community have been experiencing the opposite.
Reddit user oscarwildeaf has highlighted the issue with Wattson’s fences on the Apex Legends subreddit, posting a video of the problem while sarcastically saying “another great patch for Wattson.”
The patch notes claimed that the devs had made “improvements” to the placement of Wattson fences, as there have been many issues with the ability in the past.
In the video, the player attempts to place Wattson fences but is inconveniently unable to do so, despite the UI showing that it is possible.
This is obviously extremely frustrating for Wattson players in Apex Legends Season 14, as her electric fences are her main tool and this isn’t the first time there have been issues with it.
One user in the comments of the post even said “Wattsons been dealing with this for a while anytime they change fences or arcstars they break s***. You can expect a fix maybe in season 15, time to retire Wattson for 14.”
Clearly, this player feels that Wattson’s fence placement will be broken for some time, but hopefully Respawn prove them wrong and bring a permanent fix for the issue soon.
On the topic of bugs and issues, a new Apex Legends Season 14 glitch is causing characters to have the wrong abilities, making for some hilarious clips.

Here’s everything we know about Apex Legends Season 15 including the expected start date, Legend, and map leaks.

Apex Legends Season 14 arrived on August 9, bringing new Legend Vantage and significant Kings Canyon map changes. Season 15 is next up, so here’s everything we know including the expected start date, leaked Legend, and more.

Apex Legends is now in its fourteenth season since its February 2019 release, bringing new weapons, maps, and of course, Legends, throughout the seasons. Season 14 has brought Vantage to the Apex Games, as well as increasing the level cap and changing Battle Pass challenges.
Season 15 arrives later in 2022, so here’s when Season 14 is scheduled to end and usher in the new season, as well as the leaked Legend and map that could arrive.
While Respawn Entertainment haven’t revealed a release date for Apex Legends Season 15, Season 14 is set to wrap up on November 8, 2022.
Assuming there are no delays, we expect Season 15 to kick off right after Season 14 concludes, bringing a new Battle Pass, Legend, and perhaps even a new map.
According to datamining from ‘SomeoneWhoLeaks,’ Catalyst is set to be Apex Legends Season 15’s Legend.
Catalyst’s leaked abilities have been known for a while now, where the Legend will be able to create cover and platforms with ferrofluid. SomeoneWhoLeaks said that the Season 14 update added “New lines of code for the next legend, Catalyst,” with the files including a “ferro_wall” ability.

Here are all of Catalyst’s leaked abilities:
Of course, this is just a leak for now so Catalyst might be scheduled for a later season or scrapped altogether.
An upcoming Apex Legends map called “Divided Moon” leaked back in March, and if Respawn Entertainment stay consistent with how often they add a new map, it could arrive in Season 15.
Respawn tends to add a new Apex Legends map every four seasons, with Season 3 bringing World’s Edge, Season 7 bringing Olympus, and Season 11 bringing Storm Point. This means that Season 15 could be the next season to bring a new map, but there’s far from any guarantee.
